Magdalene Eallonardo is a member of the Litigation Group in Greenberg Traurig’s Northern Virginia office and focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has particular experience representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and sureties in construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, design and defect disputes, payment and performance bond obligations, and default terminations.

Magdalene is also knowledgeable in the federal contracting framework, handling bid protests and claims brought under the Contract Disputes Act and Federal Acquisition Regulation.

Magdalene handles litigation in state and federal courts across the country, as well as before boards of contract appeals and administrative forums. Her work encompasses all phases of claim management, from pre-litigation strategy and motions practice to discovery and alternative dispute resolution. Virginia’s HB1022/SB493 amends the Virginia Consumer Protection Act to impose new auto-renewal compliance obligations on businesses serving consumers in the Commonwealth, effective July 1, 2026. Sellers must now offer cancellation mechanisms that mirror sign-up channels in ease and availability, and the previously available good-faith compliance defense has been eliminated.
